Because the vitality of our employees is of high priority, we offer our own gym in Dordrecht, where you can work out on your own or take a class with our personal trainer Debby every Wednesday afternoon, and fresh fruit is waiting for you every day. We also regularly organize sports activities in which you can participate with your colleagues.
With us you have the space to work from home and to stay connected with your colleagues we have an Arcus-day once every 2 months. On this day we arrange a food truck and have a nice lunch with everyone together.
We also have an unlimited training budget at Arcus, because we think it is very important that you keep developing yourself and we like to stimulate that. We also offer extra days off and you participate in profit sharing.
