Arcus’ in-house machining department makes quick production possible. Special and standard machining of fittings and flanges can be provided.
The machine park consists of two CNC lathes up to ø 450mm, a carousel lathe up to ø 450mm, a carousel lathe up to ø 1300mm and various conventional machines. Our team in Germany has extensive expert knowledge.
An environmentally friendly pickling hall with three pickling baths is available for pickling. We pickle using contemporary techniques for stainless steel based on HF acid-hydrogen peroxide, in 13 x 1 x 1 meter and 7 x 2 x 1 meter pickling baths.
