Arcus expands stock with Superduplex tubes

At Arcus, we continue to expand our product range to meet the growing demands of our customers. That’s why we now stock Superduplex tubes. A high-performance solution for demanding applications where strength and corrosion resistance are essential.

What makes Superduplex tubes unique?

Superduplex is a type of stainless steel that contains an optimal mix of ferritic and austenitic structures. This results in a material with exceptional strength and corrosion resistance. By adding additional alloying elements, such as molybdenum and nickel, Superduplex offers even better resistance to pitting and chloride corrosion, making it ideal for tough conditions.

The advantages of Superduplex tubes

> Long life. Because of its excellent corrosion resistance, Superduplex tubes last longer than standard stainless steels, resulting in less maintenance and lower replacement costs.
> Reliability in extreme conditions: High strength and corrosion resistance make these pipes perfect for applications under high pressure, extreme temperatures and aggressive environments such as offshore and chemical plants.
> Cost-effective in the long run: Although the initial investment may be higher, the durability and lower maintenance requirements provide a favorable Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).

We supply Superduplex tubes from European factories and now have the following products in stock in Dordrecht:

>  Seamless tubes (ASTM A790): ½” through 6”
>  Welded tubes (ASTM A928 CL.1): 6” through 12”
>  Fittings and flanges: Available with very short delivery time
